Request a Date

Booking & Payment Policy

$500 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to hold your requested event date once availability is confirmed. This deposit will be applied toward your total rental price. If you cancel for any reason, the reservation deposit is forfeited.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A $500 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned within 5 days after the event, once cleanup and a walkthrough inspection are complete and no damage or extra cleaning fees are assessed.
