WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THE VENUE RENTAL?
Your venue rental includes on-site restrooms (separate male and female), a custom-built bar area, and a band/stage area, plus access to the grounds for your event.
WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT HAVE TO END?
Events must end by 2:00 AM (latest).
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN VENDORS?
Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own vendors, including catering, DJ/band, bartenders, decorators, and coordinators.
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?
Yes, alcohol is allowed. (If you’ll have alcohol service, we recommend using a professional bartender or bar service.)
HOW DO TOURS WORK?
Tours are available by appointment. Use the Request a Date form or email us, and we’ll schedule a time to walk the venue with you.
HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?
First, submit a request through the Request a Date form. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send you a deposit invoice to reserve your date.
IS THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
The reservation deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total rental price once your date is confirmed and the deposit is paid.
WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
WHAT IS THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT RETURNED?
A refundable damage deposit is required and is returned within 5 days after the event, after cleanup and a walkthrough inspection are completed, provided no damage or extra cleaning fees are assessed.
